Lady, Be Good

Lady, Be Good is a musical written by Guy Bolton and Fred Thompson with music by George and lyrics by Ira Gershwin. It originally starred Fred and Adele Astaire as the brother and sister Dick and Susie Trevor, who, penniless and evicted from their childhood home, must figure out a way to sort themselves out financially as well as marry the individuals their hearts desire.

This production, by Arts Ed in west London, was performed very well by a talented cast. It’s not the greatest musical ever, but it was good fun.
