You can’t buy pyramid teabags in Egypt

I made my first visit to the Cutty Sark Studio Theatre, located at Greenwich inside the ship itself, to see a comedy show by Jeremy O’Donnell entitled You Can’t Buy Pyramid Teabags in Egypt. As the title suggests, it was a light-hearted show about the magic of tea: its history, how and why we enjoy it, and various tea-related anecdotes.

The Cutty Sark was the perfect location for the show, considering it is a tea clipper, and I was entertained throughout. Partly this was because of the audience, who were themselves entertaining and knowledgeable – one audience member was actually a tea taster – and the whole thing felt more like a tea party than a one man show, especially at the end. An enjoyable night out.
